Quality of telecommunication services

Guided by regulatory documents in the field of telecommunications, namely, NCRS Decision No. 581 of 03.12.2019 “On approval of lists of quality indicators of telecommunications services, the levels of which are subject to mandatory publication in 2021”, we publish reports on the quality of telecommunications services.

Internet access service:

  • Percentage of claims of damage to the public data transmission network made in normal time.
  • Percentage of invoices to which appeals were received from consumers regarding their incorrectness (wrongness).
  • Percentage of successful online registrations for Internet access services.
  • Percentage of network registration failures for Internet access services.
  • One-way data delay time for Internet access services.
